Differentiation is more than an approach. It is an attitude...a philosophy...a belief system, which opines that learners are special and unique in their own ways. It is a conviction that individually different as we are, we all posses talents, skills and capacities that if only tapped through effective means will surely allow us to maximize our own potentials.
In this presentation, I went through the actual process of differentiating learning styles in the classroom starting from setting the instructional objectives to actual lesson planning to actual teaching then to assessment.
Through this, we are supposed to gain insight about the essential elements of differentiation and the commitments required of us as teachers so that we'll benefit from the affordances brought about by this approach
